From the app. Open Fuidzy on any device (or app.fuidzy.com in a browser), sign in, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm with your password — or, for an account that signs in with Google, by typing DELETE. It takes effect immediately.
Can't sign in? Email hello@fuidzy.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted. Your sign-in, your @name, anything synced to your account, your clan memberships, API tokens, forms and their unread responses, and emoji pictures you uploaded.
What is kept. Records of payments, if you ever made one — the minimum required for tax and refunds, held by us and by our payment provider. Messages you sent in a clan stay visible to the people you sent them to, the way a sent email does.
On your device. Your tasks, notes and drawings live on your own device, not in your account. When you delete from the app you can choose to erase them too; otherwise they stay until you remove the app.
A subscription does not end on its own. Cancel it first with Settings → Account → Manage subscription, or the payment provider keeps charging.
