Community Guidelines

Last updated September 2026. These apply to everything people share with each other in Fuidzy: clan chat, direct messages, voice messages, calls, files, clan names and mottos, and pages shared by link. They sit alongside section 6 of the Terms of Service.

The short version

Fuidzy is somewhere people plan their days and get work done together. Treat the people you meet here the way you would want to be treated by a colleague you like. Most of this page is that sentence, spelled out.

What is not allowed

Harassment and bullying. Insulting, threatening, stalking or repeatedly contacting somebody who has made clear they do not want to hear from you.
Hate. Attacking people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
Violence and threats. Threatening, encouraging or celebrating violence against anybody.
Sexual content. Sexual material sent to people who did not ask for it, and any sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities.
Self-harm. Encouraging anybody to hurt themselves. If you are struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or emergency services.
Spam and scams. Bulk or unwanted messages, phishing, and asking people for passwords, payment details or money under false pretences.
Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, a company, or Fuidzy itself, in a name, handle, clan name or message.
Illegal content. Anything that breaks the law where you or the person you are sending it to live, including sharing other people's private information without their permission and infringing copyright.
Malware. Files or links meant to damage somebody's device or steal from them.

Reporting something

Inside the app, long-press or right-click a message to report it, or use the ⋯ menu beside a person or a clan. You pick what is wrong and can add a note. A copy of what you reported comes to the Fuidzy team so we can review it — if it is a private message, that means we see that message. The person you reported is not told who reported them.

For a page shared by link, use Report this page at the bottom of it. You can also email hello@fuidzy.com about anything, from any account or none.

If somebody is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. A report reaches us, not them.

Blocking and unfriending

From the same ⋯ menu you can remove somebody from your friends or block them. Blocking stops them messaging you, calling you, sending you files or reaching you through a clan; it removes them from your people and friends; and they are not told. In a clan you both belong to, their messages are hidden on your screen. You can see and undo your blocks in Settings → Account → Blocked people.

What we do about a report

We review every report. Depending on what we find we may remove the content, remove a clan from search or close it, restrict or suspend the account involved, or — where the law requires or somebody's safety is at risk — pass information to the authorities. We do not reward reports, and reporting somebody in bad faith, to harass them, is itself against these guidelines.

For people who run clans

A clan's leaders can let people in, remove them, and decide who can see what. You are responsible for keeping your clan within these guidelines, including its name, emblem and motto if it is listed in search.
